How do I change the payment method of a billing agreement, recurring payment, subscription or installment plan in PayPal?
You should link the new card with your paypal account. The following article provides instruction on how to do this:
Here’s how to change the payment method on a billing agreement or automatic payment:
1. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
2. Click the Payments tab.
3. Click Manage automatic payments under "Automatic payments."
4. Click the name of the merchant for the agreement you want to change.
5. Under "Payment method," click Change next to the funding source you're looking to change.
