The spiritual gifts assessment test is a free test that is hosted at https://spiritualgiftstest.com/ The following snapshot shows the interface at this URL.

Under the Spiritual gifts tab, click on take the test

You will be prompted to enter your credentials or create a new account if you don't have one. Upon creating your account you can start and complete the test.
